Returns are accepted only in cases where:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear images and an unboxing video must be shared for verification.
If the returns are accepted replacement will be provided.
No exchange policy
Returns will not be accepted for:
Change of mind
Size or fit issues
Color variation due to screen resolution
Product used and washed
2. Replacement Policy
Once the return request is approved, a replacement will be provided.
Replacement products will be dispatched and delivered within 2 to 5 business days after approval.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment / duplicate transaction
Refund Details:
Refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For damaged or defective products, refunds are not applicable — replacement only.
