Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy 

Returns will be accepted only in case of defective or damaged products or incorrect products. Returns must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility criteria for Returns-

To be eligible for a return, it must meet ALL the below mentioned conditions:

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • No alterations or modifications made to the product
  • The product must be in the same condition as it was received.
  • Veora Fashion will not be responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit
  • The opening video of the parcel from beginning till end

How to Initiate a Return process -

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our support team will guide you accordingly
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with tags attached

 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and verifying the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • COD charges are non-refundable
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without tags or missing tags
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Damaged packaging
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special promotions (unless otherwise specified)

If you receive a damaged or defective or wrong product:

  • Contact us immediately at veorafashion26@gmail.com
  • Provide video and photos of the defect/damaged product (video must be from beginning till end without cut)
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (except original shipping charges and cod charges) at no additional cost
  • Shipping cost for defective/damaged /wrong products will be covered by Veora Fashion

 

 

Exchange Policy 

Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery. 

Important Note: Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange. If a customer still wishes to return the exchanged item, only a credit note/coupon will be issued.

Delivery: Exchange items will be delivered to the same address as of the original order

Exchanges will be accepted only in case of size issues
